The mood

When creating The Eden Diet, the intention was to bring together warmth, simplicity and natural softness. The brand needed to feel nourishing and uplifting while staying calm and easy to understand.

To achieve this, I chose a palette of earthy greens, soft neutrals and warm tones that reflect plant based living and a sense of grounded comfort. Hand drawn illustrations of fruits, vegetables and herbs add a friendly, human touch, keeping the brand relatable and joyful. The gentle patterns create a cohesive visual world that feels fresh, organic and calm.

Clean and minimal typography supports clarity while keeping the overall tone warm and approachable. Each element works together to communicate ease, balance and support.

The result is a brand that feels wholesome and natural, created to inspire simple everyday nourishment without pressure. It invites clients into a lifestyle that feels calm, joyful and achievable.

Create a brand that feels calm, approachable and grounded in nature. An identity that reflects simple nourishment and helps people feel confident in their ability to cook and eat well.
