By working with Olumis Studio or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms:
We retain the right to share completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- All projects require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit to reserve your start date.
- Remaining balances are due as outlined in your proposal or contract.
- Timelines depend on client responsiveness, timely feedback and deliverables.
- Olumis Studio reserves the right to pause or reschedule a project if communication lapses go beyond agreed timeframes.
- Final deliverables will be provided once full payment has been received.
TERMS OF SERVICE
AI USAGE
Olumis Studio may use AI tools within the creative process for early idea development, mockups or research support. All final designs, strategy and written materials are created by humans with intention and reviewed in studio to ensure originality, accuracy and alignment with your brand. We do not use AI to generate final client logos, visual identities or brand marks.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable. Each project represents dedicated time, research and creative direction shaped uniquely for your brand. If unforeseen situations arise, we will always approach solutions with fairness, transparency and respect for both parties.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Olumis Studio collects only the information needed to offer our services, such as your name, email and project details, shared willingly through forms or conversations. We never sell or share your data with third parties. All information is kept securely and used only for communication, collaboration or updates related to your project or Olumis Studio offerings.

All creative concepts, strategy and designs produced by Olumis Studio remain the property of the studio until full payment is received. Once your project is complete, you will receive the agreed usage rights as outlined in your proposal or contract.
Olumis Studio retains the right to showcase selected work on our website, portfolio and social channels. You may not alter, resell or redistribute Olumis Studio creative assets, templates or resources without written permission.
