02. How will we communicate?
Once your contract is signed and the deposit is received, you’ll be invited to a private Notion portal, which becomes our shared project space.
All communication and collaboration take place there, including timelines, tasks, files, feedback and approvals, so everything stays clear and calm throughout the process.
Notion allows us to stay aligned and organised, creating a smooth and intentional working experience from start to finish.
06. DO YOU PROVIDE COPYWRITING?
Copywriting is not included in the standard package.
If you would like support with writing your website copy, I offer it as an add-on service. This allows your visuals and your message to work together with clarity and ease.
If you are interested, please contact me and I will share the details and pricing for adding copywriting to your project.
04. I only need a logo can you help?
If you already have a set direction and only need a logo executed, I may not be the right fit.
My work is rooted in strategy, storytelling and creating cohesive brands that hold meaning, not only visual appeal.
A logo is only one small part of a larger brand ecosystem. This is why I focus on building thoughtful brand identities that connect with your audience and continue to grow with you.
01. Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. Working with a designer is an investment, and it’s important that the process feels clear and flexible.
Most projects are milestone-based, typically spread across two to four stages, beginning with a deposit to secure your booking and moving forward as each phase is completed.
Payment schedules are outlined clearly in your proposal, allowing us to move through the work with a rhythm that feels supportive, considered and aligned from start to finish.
03. What is not included in the price?
Paid font licences are not included. If your brand uses paid fonts, you will need to purchase the licences for those fonts so you hold your own legal right to use them.
Your Showit subscription is also separate. Showit provides the hosting, and your domain is purchased and connected through your chosen provider.
Extra revision rounds beyond those included in your package.
05. Do I need a strategy?
Yes. Strategy always comes first. It is the foundation for everything we create together. Before we develop any visuals, we uncover the meaning, message and emotional core that will guide each part of your brand.
This is what lifts your brand from simply looking good to feeling aligned, clear and purposeful.
