01. Meet & Plan
We begin with a discovery call where you can share your vision. A tailored proposal follows, and once your agreement and booking fee are completed, your project is officially reserved.
02. Research & Strategy
We take time to understand your business, your clients and your values. This gives us the clarity to make design choices that reflect what makes you distinctive and aligned with your audience.
03. Design & Refine
We create an intentional brand and website that feel unmistakably yours. You receive updates throughout, and each deliverable includes up to two rounds of refinements to ensure everything feels right.
04. Launch & Support
Once everything is polished, we guide you through your launch. You will receive organised files and a recorded walkthrough so you can manage your designs with confidence. Two weeks of support are included for questions as you settle in.
Every brand I create includes custom illustrations and hand-drawn patterns, adding personality, texture and depth that a logo alone cannot carry. When the design goes deeper, your presence feels richer, truer and easier to recognise.
